After dedicating three incredible decades to a fulfilling career as a Registered Nurse and Corporate Nurse Executive, I took the leap of a lifetime – DECIDING it was time to wholeheartedly pursue my passion: Empowering driven women to embrace their MIDLIFE AWAKENING and intentionally chart the direction of their careers and lives.

Why? Because that's how I've lived my own life, even in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges. From navigating teenage pregnancy to wrestling with cultural and religious conflicts, from the rigorous demands of nursing school to the battle against breast cancer and divorce –I've approached every obstacle with unwavering intentionality to craft the most fulfilled life possible.

We each carry an incredible responsibility to heed the call of our hearts, regardless of how big or intimidating those dreams may seem. They're there for a reason.
